Are you an aspiring or experienced Office Coordinator seeking a challenging and integral opportunity with an ASAP start? An industry-renowned Research Consultancy providing trailblazing services across urban planning, spatial analysis and social placemaking require a highly organised Studio Coordinator to deliver a diverse roster of tasks essential to the smooth running of their professional and lively workshop.

Reporting to the Managing Director and other members of senior management, this is a fast-paced position at the heart of their specialised team encompassing studio support, PA tasks, marketing and business development opportunities, as well as travel management, FOH supervision and maintaining their in-house systems. The Studio Coordinator will oversee:

  • HR and Finance administration, working closely with Associate Directors to ensure all duties are completed accurately and in a timely manner
  • Event Coordination – planning, setting up, monitoring guest lists and raising publicity for vital Marketing events, as well as any promotional materials
  • Marketing & Business Development – attending key meetings with management to implement business objectives and create tailored collateral
  • Diary management and booking international travel for Directors and project teams
  • Reception/FOH support – welcoming visitors to the studio space, fielding incoming phone calls and actioning e-mail enquiries
  • Meeting management – scheduling and assisting in the preparation of strategic-level meetings
  • Project Coordination – setting up new projects on project management software and liaising with teams on project proposals and reports
  • Quality Management – helping to develop quality procedures, guidelines and internal meetings promoting control measures to the wider office

Wonderfully broad and interactive, the Studio Coordinator will build strong working relationships at all levels of the Consultancy and will play an instrumental role in the practice’s continuing development. With an employee-driven ethos, you will be encouraged to proactively contribute new ideas for improvements to processes and spearhead office social events (including Summer and Christmas parties).

To be considered, you must be looking for long-term career progression in administration and possess a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a support role, ideally within a creative industry.

Apply today to join a unique and celebrated collective!
