Job Details

A prominent Structural & Civil Engineering Practice is searching for a career-driven junior PA to support one of their Founding Directors with a multiplicity of tasks. Highly publicised and with a celebrated presence in the Built Environment, you will be supporting a true pioneer in the industry across their professional and academic schedules. To be considered, you must possess an exceptional sense of organisation, a resilient and unflappable mindset and a superb attention to detail.

Office Assistant, Administrator, Junior PA or similar, we are seeking ambitious candidates with strong experience in administration and/or 1-2-1 support looking for a busy, varied next step in their career. Working alongside a friendly PA also providing first-class support to top tier management, the successful candidate will receive a comprehensive handover (in addition to ongoing structured guidance) and will be dedicated to building long-term development in a PA pathway. The successful candidate will also work within a welcoming network of talented PAs and will be expected to share in their collective team spirit, ensuring support tasks run promptly and without disruption.

Evidencing qualities in problem-solving, initiative, resourcefulness and interpersonal sensitivity, the PA will also have sophisticated verbal and written communication skills used to interacting with senior management. Coordinating a complex diary of changing appointments, the PA will be the first point of contact for both business-related and lecturing commitments, liaising with internal teams, clients and some of the world’s most prestigious Universities. This will include preparing high-quality presentations using InDesign and Keynote and updating CRM databases for future promotional campaigns. Additionally, the successful candidate will liaise with the Marketing team to produce tailored bid submissions, questionnaires, OJEU tenders and company profiles.

Prior experience in an administration support role within Architecture, Engineering or the wider Built Environment is highly advantageous. Confidence utilising Adobe InDesign is vital, as you will be immersed in top specification presentations straight away, with the potential for further training opportunities. Understanding of Keynote is beneficial, but not essential.

A truly unparalleled chance to work in a progressive Engineering Consultancy collaborating with some of the world’s most prolific Architecture studios on cutting-edge projects. Perseverance, adaptability and strength of character are crucial, as well as the ability to juggle ever-changing priorities. If you are seeking a career-defining opportunity to develop valuable PA skills within an innovative and challenging professional landscape, we are waiting to hear from you!

Apply ASAP!

We will do our very best to help you find your ideal job. Our approach is personable and we believe that your job hunting experience should be enjoyable. We look forward to hearing from you.
