BIM Architect/technician/Coordinator required
£35,000 - £45,000
We are hiring for an architectural practice that have been moving towards being fully Revit based and that journey will continue over the next few years whilst they are flooded with work.
Currently the Associate Director has been responsible for this, but with a wider practice wide role is in need of assistance.
They are therefore looking for a Revit expert who can join and evolve with the role into a BIM Coordinator/BIM Manager role moving forwards.
The reason behind the multitude of job titles listed above is that the role would be multifaceted.
They need someone in the office who is dedicated to Revit and can work with external consultants and modals in a coordination role but also be hands on within the office supporting on projects and offering assistance to the rest of the team.
They will consider people from a variety of backgrounds such as experienced assistant, architect or technician…the key being an expert in Revit and a collaborative approach in an ‘all muck in together approach’.
