Your new company
You will be working for a well-established international Facilities Management company specialising in direct delivery of services to a variety of global and blue-chip organisations.

Your new role
You will be responsible for the strategic delivery to lead operational activities over a portfolio of key client sites across the North West Region. Reporting to the Project Director, you will be required to oversee a team of managers to ensure the timely delivery of all projects. Key responsibilities include:

• Directing projects to improve and maintain the overall profitability of the business.
• Working in conjunction with the Project Director to devise an annual budget for the contract portfolio and business plan.
• Managing sub-contractors effectively both commercially and financially.
• Ensuring all statutory compliance procedures and processes in line with company standards and government policies.
• Preparation of the monthly report listing all appropriate site based activities that took place during the month such as tenders completed and proposals.

What you'll need to succeed

• Thorough knowledge of Project Management services within the UK.
• An experienced leader possessing adaptability to change with the ability to lead others towards acceptance of new business ideas.
• A proven track record of setting up and managing supply chain partners, multiple suppliers and sub-contractors.
• Educated to degree level and a member of a professional institute.
• Good IT skills including MS Projects, Office 365, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
