Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor

Quantity Surveyor / Senior Surveyor North West offering attractive package and bonus.

Your new company
You will be joining a large established consultancy who are expanding the North West Quantity Surveying team looking for either a QS or Senior QS to join them. You can be based in Liverpool or Manchester. This is a large commercial international consultancy who can offer excellent career progression and variety of work for a prestigious client base.


Your new role
You will work on a mix of core Quantity Surveying duties including pre and post contract work. You will deliver a mix of fit out and refurb schemes with exposure to new build across the commercial sector for a mix of blue chip and smaller companies. Values of fit out schemes can range from £5m - £10m and new build schemes up to £50m. You will support a more junior surveyor in the office.


What you'll need to succeed
You will be hands on and could also come from a contractor office fit out background. You will be able to pick up a job and run with it and know how to project manage a a job. You will be given a mentor to help support. You will have demonstrable commercial experience.
