Senior Architectural Technician

Conrad Consulting have partnered with a developed of Residential properties to recruit a senior Architectural Technician; preferably someone from a purely technical background and a minimum of 5 years practical experience.

This position will see the successful Senior Architectural Technician situated at the forefront of an experienced Technical team and working in close proximity with a technical coordinator and the Technical Director in this office. There will be the opportunity to work on an exciting range of projects including High-Density Residential, High-Rise developments, Masterplans and bespoke residential dwellings.

In order to be considered for this role, we would hope you meet the following criteria:

To hold a relevant Architectural/Technical qualification (Degree/HNC/HND)Minimum 5 Years practical experience in Architectural practice or Technical department of a Developer/Housebuilder.Experienced using AutoCAD.Some working knowledge of REVIT would be an advantage.To be able to produce working drawing packages at a quick turnaround.To be aware of CDM regulations and adhere to them throughout the process.

The initial salary offered would be circa £40,000-£45,000 per annum, plus a yearly bonus close to £2,500 dependent on the quality or work produced.

Commutable locations for this position are: Chester, North Wales, Warrington, Liverpool, Cheshire, the Wirral and most parts of Cheshire West.
