Job Details

A forward-thinking Architecture practice with a research-based, evolutionary approach to design seeks a like-minded Marketing & Communications Manager. With an eminent Principal and distinctive style, this is a broad MarComms role that requires a collaborative individual confident with an equally split inward and outward-facing remit. We are searching for enthusiastic, passionate and career-driven Marketing Managers or Coordinators ready to shape, expand and push their career and contribute to the ongoing development of the studio.

Working with a Marketing & Communications Assistant, you will liaise extensively with the Directors to devise new strategy and implement activities towards this. Central tasks will include:

  • Identifying key opportunities to promote the studio and its projects
  • Making recommendations for public engagement and overseeing the delivery of collateral to relevant staff members
  • Actively monitoring the studio’s media presence to ensure messaging promotes a positive identity
  • Researching potential new business opportunities, including tenders and competitions and preparing executive summaries for the Directors’ approval
  • Supervising the production of bid submissions
  • Establishing a comprehensive CRM database to track relationships with new and existing clients
  • Liaising with PR agencies, Journalists and clients to prepare written materials
  • Managing social media channels, planning a schedule of trending, thought-provoking appropriate content
  • Updating the company website with press/articles, recruitment and project updates
  • Coordinating all award submissions and photography
  • Overseeing all internal communications to keep the team up-to-date with studio news
  • Managing the creation of marketing collateral and visual materials

To be considered, you must have at least 3 years’ experience in a similar role for the Architecture, Engineering, Design or related industries. It is essential that the Marketing & Communications Manager possesses a detailed knowledge of Marketing, Communications and bids functions within the industry and has strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite. Beyond promotions, this Architecture practice is passionate about their research-driven approach and you must have a similar enthusiasm for the Built Environment, striving for pioneering design, placemaking and sustainability.

A flair for written and verbal communications, as well as an aptitude for graphic layout and typography is a must.

If you are an ambitious Marketing & Communications professional and can bring high energy, motivation and dedication to an equally dynamic team of Designers and Researchers, apply ASAP with your CV.

We will do our very best to help you find your ideal job. Our approach is personable and we believe that your job hunting experience should be enjoyable. We look forward to hearing from you.
