Part II Architectural Assistant - Vectorworks - UK Housing

White Space is working with an award winning studio in London to recruit for a part II Architectural assistant to join its team on a full time basis. 

The studio work across a number of sectors including Housing, Commercial, Education, Conservation etc and currently is very busy on the Housing sector, the project is 40-50 unit housing schemes in London and has passed planning stage. The role is for a part II who is confident producing detailed drawings for construction. Good knowledge of the building regulations is essential along with full proficiency on Vectorworks. We are looking for a part II with UK housing (medium - large scale) experience and ideally someone who can start immediately or within 2-3 weeks notice. 

The studio offers a relaxed and casual environment and is a really nice place to work. There is regular CPD meetings, the office manager buys treats a few times a week for the office. There is great career progression opportunities with support and guidance. This is also a great place to gain your part III qualifications. It is a diverse close knit family team. The studio offers 20 days annual leave, you get your bank holidays on top of this along with Christmas close down.
