Architectural Technician

Architectural Technician required to join a leading independent Planning, Design & Environmental Consultancy within their growing Manchester office!

With an opportunity available to work within one of the UK's leading consultancies within their dedicated Planning OR Landscape and Urban Design teams, Conrad Consulting are delighted to be offering this unique chance for a talented Architectural Technician looking to progress their career.

Based within a 5-minute walk from Oxford Road Station, this role is easily commutable from those based outsides of Manchester City Centre seeking an excellent work life balance.

It is hoped that the successful Architectural Technician will have a working knowledge of Building Regulations whilst also being proficient in AutoCAD.

Other requirements for the successful Architectural Technician are:

At least 3 years post qualification experienceA working knowledge of Vectorworks and SketchupFantastic communication skills both written and verbal Experience working within either a Town Planning of Landscape Architecture Team

On offer to the successful Architectural Technician is a competitive salary of between £25,000 and £32,000 plus the opportunity to work within a leading national consultancy.
