Exciting opportunity for an Architectural Technician to join a thriving and reputable independent Planning, Design & Environmental Consultancy within their Liverpool office!

Conrad Consulting are delighted to be offering a unique chance for a talented Architectural Technician looking to progress their career one of the UK's leading consultancies within their dedicated Planning OR Landscape and Urban Design teams.

Based within a 5-minute walk of Moorfields Station, this role is easily commutable from those based outside Liverpool seeking a role within the City Centre.

It is hoped that the successful Architectural Technician will be proficient in AutoCAD and have a working knowledge of building regulations.

It is also hoped that the successful Architectural Technician will have:

3 or more years post qualification experienceA working knowledge of Sketchup and Vectorworks Excellent communication and presentation skillsExperience working within a Planning, Design & Environmental Consultancy is beneficial

The successful Architectural Technician will receive a competitive salary of between £25,000 and £32,000 plus the opportunity to grow within a leading national consultancy.
