An eminent AJ100 Architectural practice based in Westerham, Kent are looking to recruit talented Architectural Technologists with the ambition to really step up professionally. The practice have successfully delivered projects across the residential, commercial, education and manufacturing sectors for decades and their successes look set to continue well into the future with the awarding of a number of significant schemes. For this particular Architectural Technologist role, you will be required to join the team in Kent responsible for producing projects specifically within the Education sector. This practice have previously delivered award-winning schemes within the Education sector including the Mercia School in Yorkshire as well as The Lakes National Nuclear College and also the National Colleges for High Speed Rail. It is not essential that you have had previous experience within the education sector but you must be able to demonstrate at least 2 years industry experience. The successful Architectural Technologist will work alongside Senior Architectural Technologists in collating, organising, investigating and producing technical information for use during the development of the project design. Requirements of the Architectural TechnologistRelevant Technical Qualification - Degree/HNC/HND2 years demonstrable industry experienceExcellent Communication/Presentation skillsSound knowledge of current UK legislationHand-Drawing/Sketching skills - advantageous
