Job Details
Stride are working closely with an award-winning Architectural studio in Dublin on their urgent requirement for a Senior Project Architect to join their team in a leading job-running position.
The studio has a track record in the healthcare, public sector, residential and commercial sectors with their most recent projects including new-build hospital and primary care buildings, laboratory and clinic fit-outs, large-scale social housing, and educational projects.
Project values range from €750,000 - €15,000,000 and involve working in both new-shell spaces and in existing acute hospitals including: pharmacy, laboratory, diagnostic and acute ward spaces
The Senior Project Architect will be expected to lead design teams and manage project delivery through all RIAI Work Stages. Experience in a similar project leading role is desirable, with good communication and management qualities being essential.
All projects are delivered in BIM so proficiency with Revit is essential.
