Practice BIM Lead - London

With the aspiration of helping this central London practice achieve BIM Level 2 accreditation, this new role of practice BIM Lead will be a key addition to the business.

A central London based architectural studio of 35 have the aspiration of becoming fully BIM level 2 compliant within 2020.   To achieve this they are looking for a BIM specialist, passionate about technology in construction and supporting others work at the highest standards.

The practice have been using Revit for several years with external BIM support but now looking to bring this fully in house.  This role will be entirely BIM focused with responsibilities including checking BIM models, execution plans and creating and delivering the processes and day to day training and coaching needed.   

This role will suit an individual whom is perhaps working under a BIM Manager at a larger firm, or perhaps frustrated with their current employers lack of buy-in with Revit.  If you are looking for the freedom to do things your way and make a difference this is the company structure for you.
