Architectural Technician

Mid to Senior Level Architectural Technician / Technologist required to work in Central Bristol using Revit.

Your new role
You will be working as an Architectural Technologist with a proven track record of working within UK Architecture and you will have sound knowledge of construction and detailing. Your structured approach to problem-solving and decision-making will complement your ability to work with minimum supervision as a collaborative team member. In this role, you'll support a variety of architectural projects at different work stages under the direction and guidance of the Project Architect.

What you'll need to succeed
* At least five years post-qualification experience.
* Demonstrable experience in leading or assisting with the delivery of production packages
* Proficient in Revit with at least two years' continual use in practice as the primary design/delivery tool
* Experienced in projects between £10m and £60m construction value
* Experienced in job running from RIBA stages 4 to 6
* Experience in any of the following sectors; Schools, HE, Technology, Student Residential, Offices or Residential
* Confident and enthusiastic
