This Medium sized studio undertakes work across a range of sectors, including Commercial, Leisure and Retail and are seeking a talented and ambitious Senior Architect to join their team and through their design flair, contribute to the already numerous exciting designs.

Based close to Wilmslow, this is a great opportunity for a Cheshire based Senior Architect to shorten their commute whilst joining a leading Design studio who's growing reputation has led to their numerous business client list.

Our vacancy would best suit an Experienced Architect, or Architect seeking a step up in their career, ideally with a minimum of 5 years post qualification experience. It is hoped that the successful Architect will have experience within Revit, however this is not a pre-requisite for the role.

The day to day activities of the successful Architect will include:

Attending site meetingsPreparing building regulation applications, working drawings and planning applicationsUndertaking managerial responsibilities if requiredDelivering projects across all the RIBA stagesOur Clients medium sized studio provides the opportunity for any Senior Architect to join the practice and work towards Associate Level!

On offer to the successful Senior Architect is a competitive salary of between £38,000 and £42,000.
