This Medium sized studio works across a range of sectors, including Commercial, Retail and Leisure and are seeking a talented and ambitious Architectural Technician to join their team and contribute to the already numerous exciting designs.

Based close to Wilmslow, this is a great opportunity for a Cheshire based Architectural Technician to shorten their commute whilst joining a leading Design studio who's growing reputation has led to their numerous business client list.

Our vacancy would best suit an Experienced Architectural Technician seeking a step up in their career, ideally with a minimum of 5 years post qualification experience. It is hoped that the successful Architectural Technician will have experience within Revit, however this is not a pre-requisite for the role.

The day to day activities of the successful Architect will include:

Attending site meetingsPreparing building regulation applications, working drawings and planning applicationsUndertaking managerial responsibilities if requiredOur Clients medium sized studio provides the opportunity for any Architectural Technician to join the practice and progress their career.

On offer to the successful Architectural Technician is a competitive salary of between £35,000 and £40,000.
