This is a well known client side organisation based in Liverpool.

Your new role
You will be assisting the department in the delivery of all property services, include core building surveying and project management. Main responsibilities include,but are not limited to: measured surveys, building pathology/ defect investigations,building surveys, audit s& schedules relating to condition, acquisition & dilapidation, feasibility studies/ budget costs, preparing tender packages & undertaking tender analysis.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have a BSc (Hons) in Building Surveying or similar, or at least 3 years building surveying experience.. You must have a good breadth of core building surveying experience including project management & preferably a knowledge of historic buildings,general building management and sustainability. You will also have a good knowledge of fire risk assessments, asbestos management, legionella, PPM, H&S.
