If this sounds like the kind of pioneering practice that you would like to become a part of then here's what we need from you….

We are looking to speak with RIBA chartered Architects with around 2 years post-qualification experience within the UK who can demonstrate a conceptual design focus on previous projects. You will be provided with the opportunity to operate upon all stages of a project so even though we would really like to see creative individuals with fantastic front-end design skills, you will also need to support this with a job-running ability.

This company are up to date with the latest technologies and so the ideal Architect will be fully proficient with Revit and have industry experience using BIM.

You will be expected to deliver on large Stage 0-1 masterplans up to planning applications and construction through to handover at Stage 5 and beyond. With this in mind, it will be essential that you possess exceptional communication skills to ensure that the whole project team (client, contractor, consultants, subcontractors) are on board with critical elements to ultimately deliver on client expectations whilst maintaining a high level of design quality.

In return, the successful Architect will receive a salary that is above average when compared to other positions requiring similar experience in the Norwich area. You will likely receive a salary between £37-£42k dependant on experience.
