Architectural Assistant

FRAME are currently looking for an Architectural Assistant or Architectural Technician to work for a well established Architecture studio based within London. This will initially be a contract role of around 3-4 months with the potential to go permanent. For this role, they would like someone who has experience within stages 3-5 including strong technical ability. The software they use includes ArchiCAD so experience within one of all of these is essential! This will be for a medium sized practise who Frame have placed with before with great feedback and a great placed to work.

Key responsibilities
- Working on a mixture of projects manly focusing on Residential and Commercial work
- Working with the team to meet project requirements
- Using ArchiCAD to create technical drawing packages

Skills required
- Proficiency in ArchiCAD (2 years minimum overall on live projects)
- Experience within stage 4 ideally
- Experience within Residential and/ or Commercial projects
