Key Responsibilities

• Recruitment and resourcing management (both internal and external)
• Ownership of induction process and career development
• Payroll preparation and employee paperwork preparation
• First point of contact for all HR queries
• Maintaining HR procedures and protocols
• Visible presence within the office
• Preparation of contracts and offer letters

Skills

• Approachable and resilient
• Autonomous with the ability to multi-task and achieve positive results
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
• Knowledge of HRMS and use of an applicant tracking system
