With a burgeoning reputation resulting in an ever-increasing pipeline of projects, this practice requires a terrifically talented Architectural Technician to become a key member of the team immediately to ensure the company continue to deliver to the demand.

Architectural Technicians who can clearly demonstrate extensive experience within the residential sector are encouraged to apply. You will be required to work on projects ranging from historic listed buildings, bespoke high end multi-unit housing schemes through to tailored luxury one-off new build houses. With this you should be fully capable and have the confidence to jump straight in at the deep end and begin applying your expertise from day one!

Architectural Technician Requirements:

Minimum 3 years UK Architectural experienceDemonstrable experience within Residential sectorProficiency with AutoCADSound knowledge of Construction and current UK legislationConfidence to communicate effectively with clients to ensure they are guided seamlessly through the complexities of their construction project.

The office is situated in an idyllic village in Surrey that is easily commutable to from Guildford, Aldershot, Farnborough, Horsham, Crawley, Woking & Leatherhead. You will work upon schemes throughout Surrey, Sussex and Hampshire extending up into London and down to the South Coast.

As well as gaining the opportunity to work upon striking schemes daily, the successful Architectural Technician will also receive a highly competitive salary likely to be in the region of £28-£32k plus employee benefits.
