Architectural Technologist

Architectural Technologist or Architect or Building Surveyor required for firm in Cheshire.

Your new company
This architectural and surveying organisation is incredibly busy working on a high number of residential refurbishment projects across the region. Their offices are modern, well equipped, and within an easy commute of main motorway and a roads in the region, and offer free parking.

Your new role
You will be responsible for the design and deliver of residential refurbishment and change of use projects, meeting with clients and conducting site surveys, producing cad documentation and perhaps visuals for feasibility and planning, and then running the scheme through to completion.

What you'll need to succeed
The firm is able to appoint an Architectural Technologist, or perhaps an Architect or Building Surveyor, to this position. You should have excellent knowledge of UK building regulations as they apply to residential projects, proficient autocad skills, a full driving licence and your own car, and great communication and personal presentation skills.
