We're currently recruiting on behalf of an AJ Top 50 architectural practice based in Birmingham for a Part 3 Architectural assistant on a permanent basis.

Your new role

As part of your new role as a Part 3 Architectural assistant you will be responsible for the CAD design drawings across multiple sectors. As a Part 3 Architectural assistant you will be able to amend CAD drawings on a short timeline and produce the drawings to the required standard of both the practice and customer. You will also be a direct contact within the practice to clients and be able to update clients on the projects status through both email and face to face presentation format.

What you'll need to succeed

In order to succeed as a Part 3 Architect you will have completed your Part 3 in Architecture and have obtained or working towards your ARB registration. As a Part 3 Architectural assistant you be fully proficient in both autoCad and Revit and have a wide project portfolio.
