Architectural REVIT Technician

Architectural Technician required in central Preston required to join a thriving firm of Architects and Technicians. If you live locally to Preston or the wider Lancashire region you will want to hear more about this unique and attractive position.

This well-known firm are urgently looking to fill a technical vacancy within their office to meet a recent, significant increase in recently commissioned Residential projects.

Predominantly this company work on behalf of local and National Housebuilders. Therefore, as expected, the work has a particular residential-focus and is likely to remain so for the foreseeable future.

We are happy to accept applications from individuals with a minimum of 1-years post-qualification experience through to 7 years post-qualification.

Key requirements for this role include:

Residential experience (Volume housing, bespoke dwellings, apartments).REVIT experience is preferred, however AutoCAD is expected as a minimum. Living locally to Preston, ideally within a 45 minute commute.Excellent technical detailing ability.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
