Architectural Technician - Up to £40,000+bonus - Perth

The type of projects our client carries out are rather unique, making them a company you want to start your 2020 working for.

They are a multi-disciplinary consultancy, who have had proven success in architectural services, building surveying, commercial property and planning & conservation.

Our client is honoured to be one of a few consultancies who carry out work on prestigious properties across the UK including stately homes, country cottages, shooting lodges and gate lodges.

With no slowdown in sight, they are looking to recruit an experienced Architectural Technician to be based out of their office in Perth.

In your role as an Architectural Technician, you will be expected to:

• Produce high quality drawings from inception to completion
• Produce drawings that adhere to planning permissions, listed building requirements and building warrants
• Carry out contract administration duties
• Produce specifications of work

Our client rewards their staff by offering ongoing training and support and are looking to pay a salary of £35,000 - £40,000 (based on experience) plus a juicy annual bonus.
