Microstation Architect - Top Design Studio in West London

An emerging and vibrant studio that are making a lot of waves in the industry are in need of experienced and design-focused individuals to join their 30-strong team. Having established themselves as pioneers of high-end and luxury residential schemes in the UK, they are looking for a Microstation-proficient Architect / Architectural Assistant with previous experience in build-to-rent / PRS, commercial, or mixed use schemes in the UK.

Person Specification:

• 5 years+ of industry experience
• Advanced Microstation skills
• Experience in one of the following sectors: build-to-rent / PRS, commercial, or mixed use
• Proven experience working with existing buildings in the UK
• Proven track record across all RIBA work stages

The Contract:

• Immediate start
• 6 weeks with a view to extend
• Hourly rates £25 – 30 per hour and possibly more, depending on experience
• This opportunity is open to PAYE candidates and freelancers (LTD/Umbrella Company)
