NEW ARCHITECTURAL JOB, Hertfordshire. Permanent role working within Commercial sector and flexible on salary.


Senior Architectural Candidate Required (Either Senior Technician/Technologist or Job Running Architect/Project Architect)

- Based in Hertfordshire
- Salary range has been discussed with the client for between £35k-£50k dependant on experience
- Permanent Position

The role itself is joining an Architectural team of 2 which is looking to grow to 4/5 by the new year working on Commercial projects ranging in value up to £100m, specifically within Logistic Buildings and Distribution Warehouses across the UK and worldwide.

An established company who have been operating for over 30 years with an overall headcount of 15-20 staff and who have a strong pipeline of work which is reflective of their recruitment drive to take them into the new year, Looking to add a Senior team member and an assistant to work alongside the current Senior team.

The role itself will be client facing and will include elements of travel as expected and will be client facing so experience as such is required. Use of AutoCAD is required and Revit would be beneficial but not essential.

They are keen to see candidates who have a similar background but recognise that skills and experience are transferable for the right person.
