Experienced and technically astute Architectural Technologist required to join a Leeds City Commercial Architecture Practice to assist in the delivery of various Commercial Projects.

The practice are well established following a successful 15+ years since the company's inception, flourishing in a variety of sectors, predominantly Commercial, Residential, Healthcare and Leisure projects.

Since its inception the Practice have gone from strength to strength and have enjoyed a period of sustainable growth, making a number of marque appointments predominantly of a design oriented nature, their long standing business plan is to become an AJ100 Practice, something that they are on track to achieve.

Interestingly prior to the COVID 19 pandemic our client invested heavily in portable cloud based software and had introduced one of the best flexible working policies out there. As the busines emerges from the pandemic their long term strategy is to continue to embrace remote working and offer their staff the best of both worlds. Flexible remote working will become the norm alongside a collaborative studio hub for design meetings and to satisfy those that prefer working in the office.

They are now looking to bolster their Technical team and require an experienced Architectural Technologist to assist in the successful delivery of various Commercial fit out projects, these are mainly office to residential conversion and refurbishments of existing workplace buildings.

This particular position is open to Architectural Technologists with a minimum of 5 years of industry experience, ideally spent within an architectural practice, with the capability to use REVIT to a very high standard.

Responsibilities & skills required for the position include, but are not limited to:

High attention to detail, particular in the production of Technical drawing packages,
Thorough understanding of UK Building & Planning Regulations
A wealth of industry knowledge in various sectors, with particular impetus on the Commercial sectors,
High proficiency in REVIT / BIM software.

Excellent Construction knowledge and a through understanding of how buildings are created.

Motivated and keen to progress within the practice.

Good personality, someone who can positively contribute to the culture of the business.

You will be joining a team of around 20 fellow industry professionals, initially you will be home working but will have the option to work in their recently renovated modern studio.

A competitive salary will be offered to the successful applicant in the region of £34,000-£40,000 per annum, alongside a competitive benefits package and an exceptional core hours flexible working scheme.
