UK-Leading Architectural Practice seeks PA to Director

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented and experienced PA - from the creative sector - to join an award-winning Architectural Firm. This role would suit a PA or EA who is seeking a new challenge within a highly creative environment and enjoys working alongside a passionate and dedicated team.

Reporting to two Directors and Practice Manager, the PA will be proactive and efficient in establishing strong working relationships with internal and external teams, acting as the lynchpin between Senior Management and Design Teams. For this reason, strong communication and liaison skills are essential for this role as you will establish clear lines of communication and ensure all parties are well informed of relevant activities, project and studio updates.

To be considered, previous PA experience is essential. You will be expected to screen calls, emails and enquiries in a confident and professional manner, take detailed messages and manage the Directors appointments. Additionally, you will oversee complex diary management, national and international travel arrangements, prepare detailed itineraries, manage expenses and provide exceptional administration support. IT skills and proficiency in using Microsoft Office programmes is essential and you’ll be experienced in proofreading and formatting documents. Good knowledge of using both PCs and Macs, InDesign and Photoshop would be beneficial.
