Architect / Senior Architect

Conrad Consulting is pleased to be working with a highly-regarded Hertfordshire based Architectural practice who are currently seeking to expand their award-winning residential division with the addition of a motivated Senior Level Architect.

Prospective candidates must have a minimum of 5 years' UK experience working on a variety of UK based residential projects, from one-off-bespoke sustainable dwellings through to large-scale, high-end residential schemes up to 500 units.

Proficiency with AutoCAD will be essential for applicants to be considered. Those with the added ability to command Revit are highly desired, however in-house training will be provided on live projects.

The successful Architect will be required to hit the ground running on various high-value residential projects varying in scale, therefore they must have UK project experience within the residential sector and existing client facing skills. This is an ideal opportunity for Architects looking to seek ownership of projects from inception through to completion within a progressive practice.

Essential requirements for the Senior Architect

ARB/RIBA Chartered ArchitectMust have previous experience operating within the UK Residential sectorProficiency with AutoCAD. Revit is desirableWorking knowledge of UK Building Systems, Regulations and construction typesExcellent client facing and job running skillsResides locally to the Stevenage area The successful candidate will undoubtedly expect to receive a competitive salary between £38,000 - £43,000 doe, company benefits, introduction to an array of notable projects, and several inroads necessary for furthering your career prospects within the practice.
