urban are supporting a leading construction consultancy with their recruitment of a BIM Manager upon a key account within the pharmaceutical sector, as a great opportunity to move from architectural studios to a client side role.

This international business operate cross multiple projects sector. Appointed on a major government contract they are seeking to appoint an experienced BIM Manager to work with the firm's project management and design management teams to ensure an effective BIM solution is developed.

Role responsibilities will include providing BIM management through all stages of the design process from goal setting and implementing management deliverables, process implementation, BIM workflow implementation, issue management including clash detection, modelling and data conversion plus assuming responsibility for all BIM reporting on the programme.

Experience within government projects, pharmaceutical or science and technology sectors would be advantageous as would a minimum of three years experience within the role.

This position will initially involve home based working but will see up to 2/3 days per week working in the client's office when business as usual resumes.
