A talented and dedicated Timber Frame Technician is required to be a part of this extraordinary team, working on some of the most exciting and innovative developments in the UK. Projects include new homes, offices, restaurants and amenities in the region's city centres. The purpose of the position is to be the link between the drawing board and the manufacturing process, all of the construction drawings and housing modules are designed using REVIT, once the detailed designs have been completed it is then critical that the handover of technical information to the manufacturing side of business runs smoothly so the timber modules can be processed accurately and within the specified design. You will play a leading role in optimising the design and specification of various housing types which are constructed exclusively from timber frame building technique, therefor some previous experience of designing and delivering residential projects with a timber frame design is essentialRoles and responsibilities of the Timber Frame Technician Assisting in the production of architectural technical drawing packages.
