Senior Architectural Technician, £40000, Rochford, Remote Working

Your new company
You will be working for a developing company that is expanding its team to winning several work contracts. The practice in question has a fantastic work environment with supportive and friendly staff. Mainly focusing on residential work this practice is now looking to move out into different sectors and continue to expand.

Your new role
You will working as a Senior Architectural Technician completing RIBA stages 3+. You will be involved in a multitude of new residential and commercial projects throughout the country.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be an experienced Architectural technician with the ability to work on RIBA stages 3+ with no supervision. You will be highly competent in Autocad and would be beneficial if you could use Revit however not essential. You will have experience working on residential building completing technical detailing planning and building regulation drawings.
