Commercial Property Manager Senior Surveyor / Associate / Associate Partner In Cambridge

A national property consultancy based in Central Cambridge, offering an opportunity to join their commercial team as a Commercial Property/Asset Manager, working in recently refurbished & modern offices. Your new role
You will have the opportunity to join the commercial team, as a Senior Surveyor, Associate or Associate Partner assisting in growing of the portfolio and the team. You'll help build client relations on high value commercial property across Cambridge and help manage the existing portfolio. This position will include the following core commercial property management tasks including but not limited to; Liaising with the Commercial Clients accounting to help deliver a first-class client service; Collection of rents and other monies due, including chasing of arrears; Assisting with the preparation of service charge budgets and issue of certificates and additional invoices following service charge reconciliation; Administration of property insurance including apportionment of premiums, raising and issue of invoice; Completing property inspections schedules and dealing with rent reviews and lease renewals.


What you'll need to succeed
You will ideally be MRICS qualified with a considerable amount of post qualification experience in Commercial Property & Asset Management, with demonstrable experience in dealing with clients, tenants and contractors. You will possess excellent communication, attention to detail and problem-solving skills along with the ability to work to multi-task, working under pressure to meet deadlines.
