Technical Manager
Due to having a series of new schemes in the pipeline a developer in the Hertfordshire area are actively seeking an experienced Senior Design or Technical Manager to work on the delivery of a mixture of traditional housing and low rise apartment schemes in Hertfordshire and London.
They are currently looking for an experienced Design Manager or Technical Manager, with strong residential experience having worked with a leading residential developer or Main Contractor and is able to manage multiple projects across various stages of development.
This is an urgent requirement and the business are fully committed to starting the interview process remotely via Zoom or Skype.
