Job Details
We are working with a privately owned contractor and developer client who have a first class record of delivering mixed use and residential schemes on brown field sites across the Capital and Southern Home Counties.
Although they do undertake both housing and apartments, as well as some refurbishment - typical projects are new build flats from 5 to 20 storeys and a mixture of RC frame and traditional build.
There is an opportunity to join the firm as Commercial Manager to be hands on and run one job whilst managing the Surveying department day to day across 8 or 9 live sites.
The firm have secured over £100m in turnover for the next 18 months and are well positioned in the current market.
This opportunity would suit an experienced Senior Surveyor stepping up or a proven CM. Residential contracting experience is a prerequisite and ideally with exposure to projects of 50 to 100+ units
