This particular Architectural Technologist role will be based in their Colchester office as part of their well-renowned Education team - a team that have been successfully delivering projects over the last 20 years. Their client base ranges from nursery and pre-school provision to some of the region's leading universities. They undertake a range of types and scale of project, from small survey commissions to large new build schemes of both regional and national importance.

The ideal Architectural Technologist will come with exceptional ability to manage the process of a project autonomously as well as advanced capabilities with the use of Revit. You will be trusted to liaise with clients on behalf of the company and so you should possess a confident and professional personality that will supplement your technical abilities.

Other Architectural Technologist Requirements:

Recognised Architectural Technologist degree - desirableMCIAT chartership or working towards - desirable Minimum 5 years' experience within UK Architectural industryAdvanced capabilities with Revit and knowledge with the use of Sketch UpExperience and confident ability to run and manage projects Client facing abilityExperience within the Education sector would be highly desirable

The successful Architectural Technologist will receive a highly competitive salary likely to be in the range of £30-£40k dependant on experience.

The office is located close to the centre of Colchester with ease of access from the A12, however there may be an element of remote working initially due to the current climate following the Covid Pandemic.
