Architectural Technician

Conrad Consulting are presenting an opportunity for an Architectural Technician to join one of Liverpools best known Architecture practices.

This reputable firm of Architects have been established within Liverpools thriving Architectural scene for over 30 years and in recent years have diversified their business to remain competitive across the North-Wests extremely busy market place.

The position we are recruiting for is an Architectural Technician, potentially someone at an intermediate level or even a junior looking to take on an increased level of responsibility. The successful candidate will be joining an experienced Technical team and working with the support of some inspirational and talented industry professionals.

The roles and responsibilities of the Architectural Technician will include:

·Using REVIT & AutoCAD and other relevant technical software packages to produce detailed technical information to be used by colleagues, external teams and on-site.
·Analysing Architectural plans and drawings.
·Developing the practices BIM capabilities.
·Liaising with in-house Architects, Surveyors and other construction professional and often managing the design team.
·Attending site meetings when required.

This company have a long history of working within the Residential, Healthcare, Commercial and Leisure sectors. They have an busy pipeline of exciting project forecast for the remainder of 2020 and into the new year; hence their immediate requirement for an Architectural Technician to join the team and hit the ground running.

Applicants will ideally have some experience using REVIT software and a strong Technical portfolio in one of the aforementioned design sectors.

Salary: £25k-£32k
