Job Details
An experienced technically adept architect is sought to join a central London architectural practice.
urban’s client, a mid-sized studio with a great profile of large scale residential projects often in high profile locations across the U.K, are now seeking to recruit a Senior Architect to join them in a technical lead capacity. The practice both act as a designer but also an executive architect and are seeking someone who can demonstrate large scale, 150 unit plus, residential project experience. Subsequently the successful candidate will not only have a portfolio of housing schemes but a proven pedigree of taking projects from planning, throughout the construction process and onto practical completion.
The firm deliver their projects in level 2 BIM and will conduct a Revit test as part of the interview process so therefore full working competency is required.
