Contracts manager required for 6 month project in Norwich

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Small Works Contracts Manager to join a Norwich contractor for a refurbishment project.

The role is to manage the contract and labour for a refurbishment project turning a building currently used for aviation into office space.

You will need on site experience, managing the contractors and direct labour, to ensure the project is brought in on time and within budget.

It would be advantageous to have CSCS and relevant site qualifications.

You will be working for an established organisation who is developing a new contracting arm of the business. For the right candidate, there could be a longer term opportunity.
