Residential new build developer requiring an experienced Bricklayer for a long term assignment in Chelmsford.

Your new role
Reporting into Works Manager, you will be an experienced individual with quality work finishes who can undertake a range of tasks including walls, fireplaces, and ad hoc decorative works. Able to work within a tandem pairing, you will have confidence using various types of brick and mortar, and be able to work in line with pre-approved construction plans.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful, you will have a relevant NVQ in Bricklaying and hold a current CSCS card. A quality focused approach to work and able to work to strict project deadlines is essential, as the project has a set completion deadline to be met.

What you'll get in return
In recognition of your contributions to the role, an hourly rate up to £20 will be offered based on your level of core brickwork competency and recent, proven work experience. ASAP start for the right candidate with guaranteed 40 hours per week.
