Architect (German Speaking)

Urban are working alongside an established award-winning architectural studio that have offices in the UK, with further studios across mainland Europe and the Americas.

The studio has a fantastic reputation in the industry, a track record of quality and an international reach given their studio locations across the globe.

Urban are looking to speak with UK-based Architects that have a previous track record of working in Germany. Deutscher Architekt? Fantastisch!

Suitable candidates will be UK-based, German speaking, and have qualifications that enable them to work in Germany. 

The studio work across a variety of project sectors including mixed use, residential, hospitality, industrial and retail projects in both the UK and internationally. Most recent projects are within large scale infrastructure, logistics and retail schemes so any experience working with this typology would put you at an advantage.

The suitable Architect will need to be an all-rounder, strong in design and strong technically. The role will require Architects to be confident in working through all RIBA work stages and have an understanding of relevant building regulations and legislation.

The studio are Revit users so proficiency with BIM is an advantage. Cross training is an option, but existing Revit skills will ensure you hit the ground-running.

This position will be home working/remote to begin with, so suitable applicants will need to have the capabilities to work from home until instructed otherwise given the current situation.
