Technical Designer with ArchiCAD

Widely published boutique studio with a celebrity client base is looking for a technical architect or technologist to produce packages and modelling in ArchiCAD and deliver a range of one off projects on site. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a keen eye for detail and passion for interiors, materials and craft to join a small and close-knit office.

Key Responsibilities

• Work under director on stage 3+ of a range of luxury one off residential projects.
• Produce packages in ArchiCAD.

Skills and Experience

• Fully qualified architect or technologist with demonstrable experience on high-quality London-based housing projects at a small scale.
• Keen design eye with a passion for beautifully designed and detailed spaces.
• Excellent technical capabilities with sound knowledge of UK building regulations and standards.
• A confident and ambitious character with excellent communication skills who excels when working within a team.
• Excellent working knowledge of ArchiCAD is essential.
