Structural Engineer

Blueprint Recruitment are currently looking for a Senior Engineer to join an established practice in Central London. Due to a successful period this client is looking to bring on an addition to the team.

Essential responsibilities:

• Expertise on residential, retail and mixed-use projects.
• Provide technical design support for a Project Director or Associate
• Must have minimum 5yrs experience with at least 3yrs UK structural engineering experience in design of RC and Steel structures and building substructures.

Desirable Qualities:

• Strong user of Tekla Structural Designer software
• Must have experience of RC analysis and design using FEM, ideally with Scia Engineer design software.
• Experience of refurbishment & structural modification design, as well as new-build is preferable.
• MIStructE or MICE, or close.
