Job Details
White Space is delighted to have been approached to exclusively hunt down an extremely BIM/Revit literate talented Architect (or overseas equivalent) to join their expanding 30 or so strong London office of an international architectural practice. Their burgeoning workload is purely within the commercial sector and the buildings they design are extremely complex so previous exposure to similar buildings would be beneficial.
Due to a considerable increase in workload from a handful of their major clients they now need to urgently recruit a suitably experienced and exceptionally BIM/Revit Architect who is actively seeking their next career role within a growing international practice. You will be fully supported by both the management & project team where you will play an integral role on all projects being worked on within the office.
Your main role will be to initially slot seamlessly into a project team working for one of their major clients on a substantial highly complex commercial scheme from the initial stages right through to construction. You will be overseen by one of their Associates/Team Leaders where you will maintain a close relationship over video conference calls until their office reopens.
To be considered for this role you must possess the following:-
- Ideally RIBA Part 3 (or overseas equivalent)
- Possess a minimum of 3 years professional experience
- Be totally BIM/Revit literate and have used it professionally on live commercial projects
- Ideally have worked on highly complex buildings at post-planning stages onwards
- Hard working, personable & ready to get stuck in!
- Can work effectively within a close-knit project team
- Has a "can do" attitude!
