This company is an extremely dynamic and fast-growing Scottish developer, who have a huge passion for Scottish heritage. They are truly thriving in the current market, and after record sales in recent years, their business looks stronger than ever.

This firm designs and builds quality modern housing, and are looking for a Sales Manager from an Architectural background.

In this role, you will usually be given sales leads to follow up on. these will be warm leads, where you will follow up with the customers and arrange a meeting with them to discuss what they are looking for. This is where the Architectural aspect comes into play. You will use Architectural design to help create a vision for the client, showing them their different options. You will use this as a sales technique, alongside 3D Visuals to turn the lead, into tangible business.
From here, you will deal with the client as you work with them on bringing a vision, into reality. This is where the Project Management angle comes into play. You will meet the clients virtually/physically throughout the process, as you manage the project on their behalf, advising them on costs and materials.etc.

This role would suit someone within Architecture who is considering a slightly different role. This would suit an experienced Part II who has maybe thought twice about sitting their Part III. Perhaps they are unsure if it 'really for them'.
Or perhaps you an Architect and are looking for a change of pace? A new challenge but still within your industry.

This is obviously a highly client facing role. And would be well suited to a very confident and outgoing individual. Perhaps who even has a sales background from a part time job when they were at University.

This is a very different role, that we rarely see. But I couldn't speak any more highly of the firm themselves.
