urban are recruiting for a Senior Architectural Technician to join an architectural practice of 30 upon delivery of large scale residential projects.
This role will involve developing internal and external packages and leading technically upon projects at RIBA stage 4 onwards through the construction process. Projects are typically large scale residential and residential mixed use schemes so proven experience in this area is essential as is a good understanding of UK building regulations. All projects are delivered in Revit.
This project can guarantee long term work and ongoing career prospects within an up and coming, ambitious architectural studio based in a great location.
