This well known estate, today is the largest land-holding on North Wales and includes in-hand and let farms; a large residential and holiday let portfolio; family houses, gardens and amenity land; ecological property; forestry; a holiday caravan park; let quarries; let solar farms; sporting businesses; a full-service property management team; and a direct labour organisation.


Your new role

Much of the Estate's potential remains to be developed and delivered: the Estate enjoys ten miles of coast, tens of thousands of square feet of empty traditional buildings and a high quality environment. You will be expected to do, but not limited to the following:
-Drawing up and delivering multiple budgets which generate a healthy and growing cash surplus
-Effective dealing with local farmers
-Defining and delivering the Estate's conservation objectives

What you'll need to succeed

-Experience of Managing rural property assets/
-Running a team of people (although not necessarily a team of rural property managers)
-Drawing up, delivering and reporting multiple budgets
-Strong negotiation skills
-You do not need to be a Chartered Surveyor, however would be a bonus. Relevant work experience is essential.
