About them? They're a national practice with offices across the South of England. They are well-established, with over 30 years in business, and as such have a number of large clients who provide repeat business whilst continuing to expand their portfolio into new areas. Their expertise is housing, from high-end bespoke dwellings up to large urban and suburban schemes of 1000+ units, but they also operate in the heritage, commercial and education sectors.
About you? You'll be an Architect, ARB registered and with experience running small teams and leading projects through all RIBA stages. You'll have a comprehensive housing portfolio to talk through and you'll be a passionate and imaginative designer.
About the offer? You'll be joining as an Associate in the small Bristol studio but supporting on projects practice-wide. You'll be offered a base salary in line with prior experience, but circa £50,000 as a guideline. In addition to the salary the practice offer flexibility on hours and private healthcare plus other benefits. There is an opportunity for further progression within the practice for the right individual.
