Project Leader - Prime multi unit residential in Central London

This role is likely to suit someone at the Senior Architect/Associate level to manage the design development, production information and on site stages of the project. It is important that you can instruct and manage project team members, review work and deliver packages on the scheme. Excellent communication skills required to oversee a team of senior architects, architects and technicians along with working closely with consultants, clients and contractors.

It is important that you can demonstrate recent experience managing and leading teams for the delivery of large, complex mainstream residential developments.

Roles and responsibilities : -

To lead the specified project through the required work stages.
To produce the design programs, drawings, and specification information and deal with all correspondence.
To monitor the agreed resource program for the project and ensure that the Director is informed of any discrepancy or delay in achieving agreed delivery programs.
To manage and co-ordinate constants, contractors and suppliers to clarify decisions/design objectives.
To implement the FA QA procedures as directed by the Practice Management team.
To run, record and/or participate in meetings where directed by the project Directors
Negotiate with statutory authorities

This is an extremely important role within the office that will allow for people with notice periods along with those readily available.
They need the right person rather than a specific timeline.
